Privacy
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover software under development, because that software is not available to anyone.
Controller
The controller is Dei Corpus, Lázaro Ramos, Portugal. Contact: me@lazaroramos.com.
The registered legal entity is being established. This page will name it, with its registration number, as soon as that is done.
What this site collects
No cookies are set. No analytics are run. No third-party scripts, fonts or images are requested: every asset is served from this origin.
If you use the contact form, we process the email address you enter, the organisation you optionally enter, and the text of your message. If you write by email instead, we process whatever your message contains.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for the operation and security of the service.
Why, and on what basis
Correspondence is processed on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: answering a message someone chose to send us.
Abuse prevention on the contact endpoint uses a keyed, truncated hash of your IP address held in memory for a short window. It is used to limit submission rate and for nothing else.
Do not send health data
This site is not a channel for health data. Do not send personal health data, patient data or clinical records, whether by form or by email. If you do, we will delete it and tell you that we have.
Retention
Correspondence is kept while the exchange is relevant and then deleted. Rate-limiting hashes are held in memory only and are lost on restart.
Where it is processed
The site is hosted in the European Union, in the Frankfurt region. If the contact form is enabled, messages are delivered through a transactional email provider, which acts as a processor and may transfer data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses. Writing directly to the founder's address avoids that hop.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your correspondence, and you may object to its processing, by writing to the address above. You may also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
